Our well-equipped band has come a long way from the early days of a single drum and guitar to the fully-fledged rhythm outfit in existence today. A drummer, keyboardist, bass guitarist, rhythm and lead guitarist, saxophonist and flautist, percussionist and excellent vocalists with the latest sound, lighting and technical support. Our band forms an integral part of the cabaret shows held annually and our Mosaic (restaurant) functions with music varying from sensitive and low-

volume background to upbeat, vibrant dance classics.  Having performed in shows for long seasons over the past 5 years, our musicians have built up quite a reputation for excellent performances and are in popular demand at functions in different locations throughout South Africa. More importantly, the band is responsible for praise and worship during meetings in the community (to which visitors are always welcome). The band also composes its own music and is currently preparing a worship CD for release hopefully later this year.

Music can be described as the science or art of ordering tones or sounds in succession, in combination, and in temporal relationships to produce a composition having unity and continuity in rhythm, melody and/or harmony.  Our band is more than a bunch of musicians posted together for the sake of producing music.  A life of living and working closely alongside one another has knitted a professional outfit together which continuously displays a testimony of commitment and which fosters the development of talents.
